1. Services

Craft Forge Housey offers custom software development solutions tailored to business needs. Project details, scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your service agreement. All service engagements are subject to these terms.

2. Info Products

We provide digital courses, guides, and templates on software development for business. Digital content access is granted immediately upon purchase and is subject to a user license as outlined at the time of checkout.

3. Physical Products

Our website features branded merchandise, hardware kits, and other tangible goods related to software craft. Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout and are subject to availability.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are due upon enrollment in services or at the time of checkout for products. Pricing is set at the rates published on craftforgehouse.com or within a formal proposal. Invoices are issued via email and must be settled by the due date to avoid service interruption.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Once a software development project has officially commenced, all fees are final due to allocation of resources and planning. No refund is offered for services that have started. Clients may request a postponement of the service start date at least 7 days before the original start without additional charge. Requests made with less notice may incur scheduling fees.

5.2 Info Products

Digital content may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the initial access date. To request a refund, please complete our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

5.3 Physical Products

To request a refund on a physical product, the item must be shipped back to 256 Dalhousie St, Ottawa, ON K1N 7E8 Canada within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. A handling fee of 15% may be applied for items not in original condition.

6. Service Postponement

Clients may reschedule custom software development services without charge if notice is submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start. Late requests may incur additional scheduling fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Forge Housey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product at issue.
